Grounds Maintenance Technician
United Communities – Joint Base MDL, New Jersey

United Communities at Joint Base MDL is seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team! We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining outstanding curb appeal throughout the property

  • Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and lawn areas free of litter and obstructions

  • Assisting with snow removal as needed

  • Performing seasonal tasks such as fall cleanup, leaf removal, and plant protection

  • Supporting teamwork across the property and company to ensure overall success

  • Cleaning turnover homes and apartments

  • Assisting Maintenance Technicians when required

  • Reporting issues needing additional attention to the Property Manager or Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
